Job Description

Athelon, LLC is seeking a passionate and dedicated Wellness Coach to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to promote healthy lifestyle choices while providing support, motivation, and accountability. You will develop personalized wellness plans that align with each client's goals and needs, focusing on areas such as nutrition, fitness, stress management, and overall wellbeing. As a Wellness Coach, you will motivate individuals to engage in lifestyle changes, educate them on health topics, and empower them to take charge of their wellness journey. Your expertise will play a critical role in helping clients achieve sustainable, positive changes in their daily lives, resulting in improved health outcomes and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assess client wellness needs and create tailored wellness plans that align with their goals.
• Provide one-on-one coaching sessions, either in-person or virtually, to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies for success.
• Educate clients on nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and other wellness topics.
• Monitor client progress and adjust wellness plans as necessary to ensure continued growth.
• Encourage and motivate clients to achieve their goals through positive reinforcement and support.
• Organize workshops and group sessions that promote a healthy lifestyle and community engagement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with accurate information.

Requirements

• Certified Wellness Coach or similar certification from a recognized institution.
• Experience in coaching or personal training, with a strong background in nutrition and fitness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and motivational coaching style.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage client scheduling and record-keeping effectively.
• Proficient in using technology and tools related to wellness coaching and client management.
• Knowledge of current trends in health and wellness, with a commitment to continuing education in the field.
