Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills Ability to remove impediments and navigate conflicts Experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA is a must Strong problem solving and analytical skills Experience with scaled Agile frameworks Knowledge of Kanban principles and practices is preferable Experience with coaching distributed teams is preferable Certified SAFE Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certifications preferred. Expected annual pay for this role ranges from USD 60000/annum to USD135000/annum.
