Job Description

Our client, a local community focused organization, is seeking a part-time Office Assistant to assist with daily operations at their busy office! The ideal candidate is an organized administrative professional who is seeking the flexibility of a part-time schedule- and can jump right in!

About You:

• 1+ year of professional experience in an office setting
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong sense of judgement and discretion when handling confidential information
• Excellent ability to multitask and work on tight deadlines
• Ability to problem solve and apply critical thinking skills

Day to Day:

• Answer all incoming calls and triage as needed
• Assist with the opening, categorizing and organizing of all incoming mail
• Assist with the electronic filing process for a heavy volume of sensitive documents
• Ensure that paper files are scanned and stored in a timely manner with discretion
• Review, upload and scan a high volume of documentation into internal databases

This role offers the flexibility of part-time hours, operating Monday-Friday 9am-1pm, onsite at the organization's Sicklerville office. This contract is slated to last at least 3 months and is paying up to $23/hour depending on experience. Looking for the flexability of part-time work?
