Job Title: Field Merchandiser
Department: Customer Service Team
Location: Western Washington
Job Summary: The field merchandiser regularly calls on retail supermarkets to ensure the highest quality visual presentation of our deli and bakery products, resulting in measurable sales growth.
Key Responsibilities/Duties:
• Perform store inspections daily to professionally represent all Le Grand products
• Create and maintain relationships at store level
• Work alongside store personnel to train, support and educate on Le Grand products
• Check store inventory and share product codes for missing approved items
• Manage displays to ensure prominent positioning of in-code product
• Grow Le Grand business by highlighting opportunities for incremental sales
• Train bakery staff on product knowledge and handling based on manufacturer and retail store specifications, including packaging and placement
• Report to sales team to identify strengths and weaknesses

• Enter daily updates to Repsly
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Use of other tools
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent knowledge of bakery and deli products
• Reliable, able to work independently with strong time management skills
• Ability to quickly understand an extensive product portfolio
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software
• Maintain appropriate food handler's certifications
• Driver's License and good driving record
Compensation:
? Full time / Part time
