Location: Cedar Rapids, Iowa - 5 days onsite

Job description

• We are seeking a highly skilled Gen AI/DevOps Expert with experience in building and managing AIdriven applications, specializing in AWS, LangChain, AIOps, and Vector Databases.
• This role will require a deep understanding of integrating AI/ML pipelines, automating operations with DevOps practices, and optimizing generative AI solutions in scalable cloud environments.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in DevOps and AI/ML engineering roles, with a focus on cloud platforms like AWS.
• Handson experience with LangChain and building generative AI applications using LLMs (Large Language Models).
• Strong experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, or similar technologies.
• Expertise in AIOps tools and techniques, including predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and automation of operational processes.
• Proficiency in managing cloudnative infrastructure using AWS services (SageMaker, EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS/EKS).
• Strong knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Experience with building and managing CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML workloads.
• Familiarity with version control systems for AI models and data, including MLflow, DVC, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of AI ethics, governance, and ensuring responsible AI deployment in production environments.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, and experience with automation tools like Jenkins, Ansible, or similar.
