This is a Direct-Hire Opportunity

As a Client Relationship Manager you will manage large, high-profile customer accounts, ensuring compliance with scorecards and MSAs. You will provide guidance to Client Relationship Assistants and oversee their workload. This role involves working closely with the sales team to enhance customer interactions and account growth

Responsibilities:

• Manage and onboard complex accounts, ensuring seamless setup and process flow
• Oversee customer contracts, renewals, and billing accuracy
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and drive system/process improvements
• Supervise Client Relationship Assistants, assigning and reviewing projects
• Coordinate international pickups, on-site services, and customer interactions
• Develop and track Sales Key Performance Indicators

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Ability to learn proprietary software and systems
• Ability to meet deadlines
